→When will I receive my items

Item Processing Time

All the dresses on our site are made-to-order. Usually tailoring & handling time 15-18 days. For most of the countries shipping time 5-7 days. That is the say you will receive the dress about 20-25 days since from the time you order. However, the estimated time is just for your reference, we suggest you place the order at least 1 month in advance.

When will I receive my items after I place an order?

There are four key factors that will decide when you will receive your items.
1) shipping Method: We use Expedited Shipping such as DHL to ship the dress usually delivery time takes about 5-7 business days
2) Time in transit varies depending on where you're located .
3) Item Processing Time: Usually the tailoring and handling time about 15-18 days. There are different processing time for different items. However, we will try our best to prepare the item ASAP after you place an order on our website
4) Some unavoidable reasons:
We will ship out the item according to your requests, but we can not assure you exactly how many days you can receive this item. There are many factors that may cause the delay of your item, e.g. holiday season, bad weather conditions, strikes as well as war, etc.
But we will ship it out before the shipping deadline, and try our best to negotiate with the related shipping company and ask them to take your case as priority.

How can I track my order?

1. For sign up members. As to the order status and shipping information of your package, you can refer to "My Account" in our website. Click "My Order" and then click the "View" button, there is a column called Order updates, where you can view all the detailed information about your order. 2. For non sign up members, please click https://www.tpbridal.com/track-order/ to check your order status and shipping information for your package.

Delivery time is between 4 - 8 days to all major destinations, standard shipping costs less but takes a bit longer than expedited shipping. Note: The above delivery estimates do not include order processing time.

Tips for choosing your desired courier?

According to the length of time and circumstances in different countries，customers always expect to receive their items at specific time, therefore, different couriers are chosen.
You can choose your couriers based on a combination of the following:
1) Weight and dimensions of package
2) The location：We are shipping to (also called the destination country or region)
shipping costs are calculated individually for each order based on the number and weight of items in your order, as well as the shipping method chosen.

The shipping rates can be previewed on tpbridal.com. By clicking on the "Estimated shipping Costs" and choose the country you want to ship to, shipping fees can be automatically estimated.

1.1 If the items are detained by customs, who is responsible for clearance of the items?

If the items are detained by Customs after the ship left the seller's country, the buyer is responsible for clearance of the detained items.

1.2 If a very large order is delivered from China to my country, will customs seize my order?

Yes, it is possible. We suggest you ask the seller in advance to split your orders into several smaller packages, to be shipped out on different days to avoid possible seizure.

1.3 If custom duties are incurred, who is responsible?

It is the buyer's responsibility for any custom duty fees that may be charged upon delivery. How the import duty will be charged depends on each country's custom policies.
